The field of human resources has grown dramatically in the past several decades and the roles and responsibilities of HR continue to increase every year as government requirements change and workforce issues grow in complexity. Many small businesses do not have the internal resources to effectively address these responsibilities. On top of that, there isn’t a single source for companies to turn to for assistance. Businesses in Clinton, Essex and Franklin Counties of New York State have joined together to provide HR resources for each other.
