Members of the North Country Human Resources Consortium receive valuable benefits including:

  • Up-to-the-minute information on NY State and other regulatory changes that affect you

  • Discounts from founding members:
    • $200 annual discount per company for HR-related legal services from Stafford, Owens, Piller, Murnane, Kelleher & Trombley, PLLC
    • $100 off an new member’s first contract employee bill and $200 off any direct hire fees to current or new members for permanent placement search services from ETS.
    • Up to 50% discount off normal rates for all services and free initial  consultation from EAS.
    • $100 annual discount per company and free initial consultation from CITEC Business Solutions.

Membership is open to businesses in Clinton, Essex and Franklin counties.

Membership rates are $200/year for the first employee from an organization, $100 for the second, and $50 for each additional employee.
